Ubuntu/Kubuntu settings

1. keyboard - run xset on attach, the usb disconnects
2. mouse - activate apps using it's buttons
3. vscode update (there is a problem to update)
4. to give front window always the focus
5. paste with right button in terminal (from selected or from clipboard)
6. put selected into clipboard only in the terminal
7. install good notes program
8. web page reflow when scrolling
9. monitor: utilize it's high refresh rate
10. laptop: monitor going to sleep and not auto turn on
11. laptop: mouse and keyboard going to sleep after a few seconds , causing a delay on start uaing it
12. set up vscode terminal shortcuts
