I'm looking for support people for a company working in the alternative finance / blockchain space.


Job description:
* You will be responsible for managing and answering customer and investor support tickets within the platform
* You will identify customers and investors related queries and complaints posted on the official Telegram group.
* You will manage all customer and investor related queries and complaints made on Telegram Group and redirect customers and investors to Support.
* You will identify and manage queries and complaints made on social media platform such as Twitter and FB and redirect their queries and complaints directly on BF Support.
* You will be responsible for assuring all customer and investor related support matters are always responded to privately on Support platform and never on any other platforms.


Working schedule:
* Average 8 hours shift per day at maximum 40 hours per week: Flexible Monday to Sunday shift.


Requirements:
* Must have at least 2-3 years experience working in customer service environment.
* You will demonstrate that you are tech literate and are able to browse and use the internet well.
* Must have strong communication skills in English language, any other languages are a bonus.
* You must be able to manage your own workflow and after training you shall demonstrate that you are able to work independently using initiative and logic.
* You must demonstrate respect and good understanding of privacy and security for customers and investors (qualifications in security and privacy is a bonus).
* Mac Device only, such as Mac laptops or desktops.
* Must demonstrate keen interest in Crypto sector especially Bitcoin, ICO related Tokens. Any current investments or purchases made in Crypto Currencies or Tokens are a bonus.


Perks and benefits to contractors after the Testing Period ends:
• Paid Holidays. Statutory holidays and public holidays are based on Cayman Islands average paid holiday allowances (which reflects the same allowances as UK public holidays and statutory holidays), with maximum of 28 days per annual allowance.
