You need to work with technical documentation in English, technical and software documentation (IT, software development for biometric terminals, technical equipment).

English language - C1 level;

Understanding modern computer technologies;

Understanding software development principles;

Experience in the development and support of user documentation in English, interface texts for at least 2 years;

Experience in creating various types of documentation (printed documentation, online help, API documentation, whitepapers); you will need knowledge of development tools

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, screenshot programs (SnagIT, FastStone or similar);

experience of interaction with developers and the ability to get the necessary information from them;

Knowledge of terminology in the field of software development and production processes;

graphic editors, Word, Excel, and Power Point, including Google Docs, at the advanced user level.
