I have been involved in programming since the age of 15 and have extensive experience in implementing various projects. My credo is to quickly write MVPs, including prototyping, debugging, and deployment. I adhere to the Scrum methodology in projects (P.S. we all worked in startups). However, at the same time, I know when it's time to refactor and launch into production.

I have experience in crisis management, including team building, interviewing, and choosing a company's technology stack. In project management, I prefer the model of a playing coach, working alongside everyone, mentoring, teaching, and supporting the team's fighting spirit.

In my free time, I play guitar. I believe that team building and communication with the team after work are essential parts of communication.

My primary hobby is participating in numerous IT events such as hackathons. I have experience in web development and have completed commercially successful projects.

I was a finalist in "I am a professional", winner of "Digital Breakthrough" hackathon, and winner of "psytech genesis" hackathon.

I'm interested in robotics, data science, and analysis, and I have a decent technical background in mathematics, physics, mechatronics, circuit design, microcontrollers, and geodesy.
