During the years of my work I have collected a lot of experience in developing online projects. My way showed me that a good work in this area is not only about a knowledge of a particular programming language and related technologies but also viewing problems and challenges in a broader context which involves business needs, people, resources, processes and their relations. For me this context is of the main relevance as it makes a company successful. For a long time my aim was to be as best as possible in web programming, I've enjoyed the knowledge of good software architecture, OOP, SOLID principles, TDD, BDD, system programming, automatisation of testing procedures, parallel processing, domain-driven design etc. I liked very much my experience of creating a foundation for an own small company, being responsible for technical leadership and establishing a code base, infrastructure and a team and then launching the project into the wild. I am looking forward for a possibility to gain more experience in tech leadership and company foundation, but also be a good architect of challenging technical solutions.
