Active participation in the development and maintenance of software used in the telecommunications systems "ground-to-ground" and "ground-to-air", both in military and civil aviation, as well as in Railway networks. Progress has been made in the development of the following systems:

• VoIP Call Recording System
• Software for analysis and visualization of audio and video data
• Software for monitoring and management of various systems and equipment

In addition to improving hard skills such as software development from scratch (description and development of software architecture, logic, functionality, plugins), acquisition of skills in developing methods of continuous integration and continuous software delivery, practical knowledge in the field of software development for recording, converting and streaming audio and video using a cross-platform library - FFmpeg, and much more, the following soft skills were obtained and improved:

• Search for compromises and settlement of disputes
